To that end, Edith (Edie) Hill uses her experience, key contacts, and marketing knowledge to help her clients make informed real estate decisions. Edie can accurately pinpoint current market conditions and trends and prepare an on-target representation of clients' properties. Her ability to keep clients' focused to accomplish their final goals is what sets her apart. Although a resident of Massachusetts since 1968, Edie grew up in New Jersey in a family of farmers and developers. This makes her sensitive to the need to balance both land preservation and growth and has fostered her continued interest in land development and new construction.

Edie is involved with many organizations including the Acton/Boxborough Rotary Club (Past President), All Points Relocation Service (Past Board of Directors), and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. With the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Edie was active in implementing innovative programs, including the groundbreaking statewide Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the safety of electronic lock boxes. When Edie has a free moment, she enjoys gardening, antiquing, visiting local art galleries, trips to the coast of Maine, and having fun with her children and grandchildren.
